Having met the owner, Tim O'Keefe, through my employer, I was comfortable with the switch. I now have a return to individualized attention as evidenced by Tim's tailoring of his schedule to address unforeseen events. Having cleared the yard preceding my scheduled fertilizer application, a strong wind storm that evening had once again covered the back yard with leaves. Upon assessing the situation, Tim offered to return at a later date instead of spreading the fertilizer on top of the leaves. In addition, he has spot treated for crabgrass on several occasions.
