Hi Folks, we're now well under way with Round 3. This is also the time of year where we apply grub control to ensure maximum protection for your lawns. If you're an Ultra Lush and Green customer, this service will be applied automatically. It will also be applied automatically if you signed up for it with any of our other programs. We'll be making these applications through the middle of July, so if you'd like protection from grubs, just let us know! Also, this has been a bad year for disease (fungus). If you see circular brown patches in your otherwise healthy turf, let us check it out for you! We can treat it!

Programs

Irish Green Lawns has three main programs that you can choose from.

Our most exclusive program; the one reserved only for those discriminating clients who demand the best appearance possible for their homes and the program that I consider to be a slow release power packed multi-vitamin for your lawn is the Ultra Lush and Green Program .

This is a course of treatment that provides five full fertilizer applications, crabgrass busting, grub slaying products to enhance the beauty of your lawn and to maximize the protection of your lawn from the most common and ugly pests.

In addition to all that, the Ultra Lush and Green Program includes an Aeration for your entire property (except steep hills). This one step has been described as THE most important step you can take to provide the best growing conditions for your lawn. It relieves soil compaction so your lawns' roots can grow, thicken and thrive. It provides air and nutrient channels for all the products I’ll put down in the course of a year.

Remember, you’re really treating the soil to provide the best growing medium for your lawn. If the soil is hard and compact your lawn will not be green, rich, thick, healthy and weed free. Isn’t providing these things the reason why you want a lawn care company in the first place? There’s even more: We'll lime your property in either the spring or the fall. All this in one program. The Ultra Lush and Green Program.

Our next program is the Thick and Green Program.

Here, you get five full fertilizers which also includes crabgrass control. Everything else (grub control, aerations and spot seeding) is available as an add on. Check our Schedule/Calendar page for the proper timelines. For example, grub control, to be effective, must be applied from late May through mid July.

Our third program is our Basic Green Program With this program you get four fertilizer steps that start in April and will be completed in October. This program also includes crabgrass control. Just like the Thick and Green Program you may add on any other application you’d like. Just let us know.
